Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Assistant
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager who is eager to learn and grow with a company that has over 100 years of experience in Property Management and Development. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, family-oriented environment and delivering exceptional service to our tenants.Key Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Commitment to tenant satisfaction
- Real Estate license or industry knowledge (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct building, leasing, and quality control inspections
- Assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs, signage, insurance documentation, and vendor coordination
- Maintain consistent communication with tenants and internal staff
- Support accounting team with reporting for wholly owned and third-party properties
- Assist with project management, including scoping, bidding, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
- Perform bookkeeping tasks and work within systems such as Building Engines, Yardi, and Jenark
- Assist with website updates, marketing materials, and brochures
