American Made Cannabis is a woman-owned Minnesota dispensary built on historic roots and modern cannabis — proudly serving Winona and the Minnesota–Wisconsin–Iowa tri-state corridor from a beautifully restored 1898 brick storefront in the heart of downtown. We're searching for a Dispensary Manager to own our daily operations, build and develop a great team, and set the standard for compliance, service, and culture as we launch. What you’ll lead: Daily retail operations, sales performance, and KPIs Compliance with Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management requirements Inventory controls, audits, cash handling, and loss prevention Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching the team Inspection readiness and community engagement What we’re looking for: 21+ with a HS diploma or GED 2+ years of management experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare, or cannabis) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Cannabis experience and knowledge of MN regulations a plus The details: $25–$28/hour Full-time Downtown Winona, MN Immediate hire — we open June 26th!
