Job Description

Almaden Valley Smile Design is looking for a front-office receptionist.

Job Details:

Maintaining daily production and hygiene schedules.
Does not need to be a dental assistant.
Candidate needs to be friendly and courteous to patients.
On time for work, neat and work well with other team members.
Be accommodating to Patients' needs.
Answer multiline phone.
Collect payments and enter in ledger.
Work with credit card machine.
Be able to work with third party financing companies.
