FABRICATION FLOOR MULTI-SKILLED MANUFACTURING PRO $18$24/hr | 1st Shift | 6:30 AM4:00 PM | Twinsburg, OH
Are you the person who can do a little bit of EVERYTHING? Were looking for a Manufacturing Unicorn someone with the skills and experience to jump into different areas of a busy fabrication operation and keep things moving! This is NOT your typical stand in one spot all day job. Youll be the go-to backup on the fabrication floor and dock, stepping in to provide breaks, cover vacations, and help wherever youre needed. One day you might be operating a press brake, the next you could be grinding, welding, or helping out on the dock. If youre the kind of person who hears We need someone who can do that and says Yep, I can! we want to talk to you.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Jump between fabrication and dock positions as needed
- Provide coverage for employee breaks and vacation time
- Operate a Press Brake
- Perform Welding
- Use grinders and perform grinding/fabrication work
- Assist with Material Handling and dock operations
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Help keep production moving when the team needs an extra set of hands
