Be involved in workforce planning, employer branding, and recruiting initiatives that make a real impact. What’s a typical day as Recruiter? You’ll be: Managing assigned requisitions through the full recruitment lifecycle, including position intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, employment offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination. Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define position requirements, and support hiring decisions. Developing and posting job descriptions and recruitment materials for approved openings. Sourcing, screening, evaluating, and recommending qualified candidates using multiple recruiting channels and maintaining talent pipelines. Coordinating interviews, facilitating candidate and hiring manager communication, and advising on recruiting processes and candidate selection. Preparing employment offers and coordinating pre-employment activities such as background checks, drug screenings, and new hire documentation. Maintaining accurate, confidential recruiting records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Ensuring recruiting activities comply with employment laws, company policies, and established procedures. Preparing and maintaining recruiting reports and metrics to monitor effectiveness and support decisions. Supporting recruiting events, career fairs, community outreach, and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR team. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have at least two years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, or a related HR function (preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment). Possess strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices, talent acquisition strategies, and candidate sourcing techniques. Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruiting technologies. Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence hiring decisions. Are highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple requisitions while adapting to changing business priorities. Can maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information professionally. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
