This growing manufacturer specializes in designing and engineering solutions that are specified into commercial architectural products. The company provides extensive training in HQ and in the field to set up its team for success.

Due to a Territory Manager retiring, there is a rare Territory Sales opening in Southern California. This is a fantastic opportunity for a California-based professional with a passion for commercial architecture/design and building/growing customer relationships.

Working from home or remotely in the field, you will be responsible for managing a $4M+ Southern California territory. Selling to new and existing customers, your goal will be to specify architectural products into commercial projects. Key verticals you would sell into include Education facilities, Hospitality, Multifamily Housing, Airports, and Industrial locations.

The right person for this role will be comfortable building strong relationships across multiple stakeholders - primarily designers, architects, contractors, and end users/owners. There is ~20% travel for customer visits, training, and trade shows.

The qualifications for this role include:

• 3+ years of relevant territory sales, architecture project management, and/or client-facing experience
• Must have experience or exposure to the commercial project product specification process
• Passion for architecture/design
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for client-facing work and networking
• Must live in Southern California, able to travel to visit customers and trade shows
• College degree is required
