Riverside Community Care Love what you do! Home Visiting Manager - Early Head Start Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Home Visiting Manager! In this vital role, the Early Head Start Home Visiting Manager provides reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors (HV), supports their professional growth and high-quality service delivery, ensures fidelity to the home-based program model and Head Start Performance Standards, and collaborates with program leadership to support day-to-day operations. The Home Visiting Manager also partners with the leadership team to advance continuous quality improvement through data-informed planning, assessment, reporting, evaluation, and decision-making to strengthen program outcomes, services, and policies.
