LOCUM CRNA Assignment in Lafayette, Louisiana

Job Description

• Specialty: CRNA
• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Trauma level 2.
• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning FT as soon as credentialed for 6 months with the option to extend. Strongly prefer FT candidates but are open to two candidates who can each cover 2 weeks/month to make up one full-time. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts. No weekends and no call needed for this position.
• Case Mix: All types of cases listed except for peds. Locum will not do heads/hearts.
• # of OR's: 12 and roughly 15 patients per shift
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 45 days
• Active LA License: LA license or IMLC required
• Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
