Contract | Nights | Every Other Weekend / Every Other Holiday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an emergency room or acute care setting
• Familiarity with triage protocols and emergency nursing best practices
• Experience with electronic health record documentation systems
