With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).
As our Senior Individual Medicare Advisor on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll play a pivotal role in the growth of new enrollment within the Medicare unit. You will be responsible for developing leads into qualified opportunities, recommending solutions to meet the clients' expectations, and managing client relationships. In addition, you will educate and help enroll our clients' employees in the Medicare offerings best suited for them.
These activities are accomplished by building client relationships and consultative sales skills while utilizing MMA's value-added resources. A key aspect of this role is the ability to effectively communicate and convey our strategy to a diverse group of stakeholders, including local market CEOs, Sales Leaders, Practice Leaders, and Producers. You will also be responsible for assisting with developing internal best practices and processes, training and onboarding of new team members; all while demonstrating team leadership.
We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 10+ years of Medicare related experience
- Demonstrated sales successes and experience selling Medicare products
- Highly motivated to generate and sell new business
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Possess excellent organization, time management and presentation skills
