Our diverse and dynamic approach is driving innovation. As the Manager, CX Coaching , you will play a key role in shaping the future of customer loyalty. You will support the CX Coaching program, lead and mentor a team of Consultants within a large-scale automotive In-Store Consulting program, and work closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth program execution and ongoing support. We seek a proactive problem-solver with a passion for people, collaboration, and expertise within the automotive industry and customer experience practices. Note: This position is not remote and requires residing in Dearborn, Michigan or nearby. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in recruiting and support onboarding, training, and ongoing support of In-Store Consultants. Training & Development: Develop and deliver training content, facilitate training sessions, and support continuous development via scheduled calls and ad-hoc sessions. Performance Management & Reporting: Monitor and report on performance, conduct reviews, and ensure compliance through regular feedback and audits. Collaboration & Updates: Participate in internal and client meetings, providing updates and addressing challenges. Consultant Management & Readiness: Address escalations, foster community, and drive program improvements, including in-store performance observations. Metrics & Reporting: Manage performance dashboards, develop KPIs, and prepare reports on consultant success and trends. Candidate Profile: Located in Detroit, MI or nearby. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related; advanced certifications are a plus. At least 10 years’ experience in consulting, customer experience, or coaching, preferably in professional development. Experience with automotive industry customer practices is advantageous. Proven facilitation, team management, and training content development skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Webex, etc.). Willing to travel for in-store visits and meetings. Why Join Bond?
