Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Amergis Staffing is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a NOC-shift, multi-site assignment split between Santa Rosa (FriSat) and Sonoma (SunMon). One candidate covering all four shifts is preferred, though the schedule can be split between two LPNs if needed.

This role supports medically-focused residential homes serving adults with complex care needs. Candidates must have recent medical experience and be comfortable supporting mostly non-verbal clients within the IDD population.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care in a residential medical home setting
• Support adults with complex medical needs, many of whom are non-verbal
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and follow care plans
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, structured environment
• Document care and communicate changes promptly

Required Qualifications

• Recent medical experience Required
• Experience working with adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities (IDD) Preferred
• Active LPN/LVN license
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently on NOC shifts

Compensation

Local LPN Contract Hourly Pay: $40 Estimated Weekly Pay Package: $1,280
