Start Date: ASAP | NOC Shift | FriMon | 13 Weeks

We're seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for a medical residential home setting serving clients in Santa Rosa and Sonoma, CA. This position offers a consistent overnight schedule with the potential for extension or permanent placement.

Note: Schedule may be split between two LVNs, allowing coverage of 2 days each.

Pay

$40/hour

Role Focus

• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration
• Monitor resident health status and document observations
• Support individuals with ongoing medical and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain a safe, supportive residential environment

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
• Experience in residential care, behavioral health, long-term care, or similar settings preferred
• Ability to work independently on overnight shifts
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS card
• Successful completion of screening tests for the clinical specialty area(s) in which the LPN practices with a score of 80% or greater
• Successful completion of Background Screening Process
