You will help drive adoption, ensuring these tools become an essential part of our employees' daily work.* Leverage technology to support role-based learning journeys, credentialing programs, and skill development initiatives across the organization.**Be a Tech Evangelist & Integrator:*** Partner with Talent Management leads to integrate our new platforms seamlessly into the flow of work, creating a frictionless, tech-enabled employee experience.* Support the implementation of sales and customer-facing training programs that reinforce business priorities, product knowledge, and consultative selling skills.**Own the Room (Virtually & In-Person):*** Spark "aha!" moments as a dynamic facilitator for our leadership and team member development programs. Your energy and expertise will make learning the best part of everyone's day.* Facilitate engaging leadership, professional development, and sales capability programs for diverse audiences.* Adapt style and delivery techniques to meet the needs of varying learner groups, including sales professionals, customer-facing teams, and leaders.**Create & Innovate:*** Design and build transformative learning experiences, including workshops, digital learning content, sales onboarding programs, and skill-building curricula.* Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into practical, learner-centered experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.* Contribute to the development of competency-based learning pathways that support sales effectiveness and career growth.**Drive Flawless Execution:*** Independently manage critical learning and enablement initiatives from concept to launch. You understand how effective learning programs help individuals grow while driving business results.* **Tech Curiosity & Fluency:** A genuine excitement for modern learning technologies, especially AI. You are quick to learn new systems and see their potential to create an incredible user experience. Experience leveraging technology to support skill development and learning adoption is a plus.* **A Gift for Facilitation:** A proven ability to engage audiences and make complex topics accessible, exciting, and actionable. Whether facilitating leadership development, professional skills training, or sales capability programs, you know how to create memorable learning experiences that drive behavior change.* **A Customer-Centric Mindset:** Experience supporting sales, customer-facing, or revenue-generating teams through training, onboarding, coaching, or performance improvement initiatives.
