Building on nearly 50 years of success, we deliver Payload & Protection Systems, Aero/Hydrodynamic Interstage Systems, and Propulsion & Launch Systems to more than 80 prime contractors supporting over 130 space and defense programs. In this role, you will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that help leadership and program managers make informed decisions. You will contribute to accurate program budgeting, optimized financial metrics, and effective financial tracking processes that strengthen overall financial performance and program execution. Responsibilities Designs, implements, and maintains project-based financial measurement processes. Provides financial guidance to management and program managers. Works with managers to create program budgets and schedules. Performs and assists in work plan reconciliation and reporting. Provides weekly and monthly financial status updates to the Controller. Reviews financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Researches and implements cost-saving strategies. Supports the Controller and Contracts Manager in creating proposals, purchase orders, and requests for quotation (RFQs). Executes ad hoc financial tasks such as revenue projections, market research, and budgeting. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business discipline such as finance, accounting, or operations management. Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Ability to communicate effectively with internal managers and external customers and suppliers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Finance or accounting experience. Experience working with engineering firms. Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
