Collections Associate - Bilingual

Summary The Bilingual (Spanish/English) Collections Associate places calls to past-due customers, attorneys and authorized third parties to collect past due payments, reduce delinquency and minimize losses. The ideal candidate has collections and call center experience, is customer centered and a self-starter with a keen eye for detail. Understanding data confidentiality is essential. Schedule Monday through Friday, full-time schedule. Two late shifts per week, currently 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Late-shift days are flexible and scheduled based on team coverage and employee availability. One shift per week is currently eligible to be worked remotely once training is complete, and the Team Lead and Head of Department has authorized the completion of “training”. Most Collectors use their remote day for one of their two weekly late shifts. One Saturday shift per month, currently the last Saturday of each month from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Schedule requirements may be adjusted based on business needs, customer coverage, and the Company's continued geographic expansion. Salary Details Up to $23.00 per hour, plus eligibility for a monthly incentive The posted range reflects the compensation range for this position based in Wayne, PA. Actual starting pay will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. Additional compensation may be available for positions requiring bilingual proficiency.
