What You'll Do

Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.

Develop new business through lead follow-up, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.

Prepare quotes and present personalized insurance solutions.

Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities toward the sale.

Build lasting customer relationships that generate retention and referrals.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products when appropriate.

Maintain accurate customer records and activity in agency systems

Work with the team to achieve individual and agency sales goals.
