What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Washington
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong background in therapy planning, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Ability to adapt to both in-person and teletherapy service models
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech and language services to students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation to track student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as required
• Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to ensure service continuity
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment for students to achieve their communication goals
