Job Title Senior Principal Support Consultant, CSO (Atlanta, Georgia) Responsibilities Manage multiple projects, including developing and delivering detailed solutions. Oversee client relationships from a senior technical and interpersonal perspective. Lead problem identification, software specification, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Ensure projects remain within budget, cost, and on‑time while ensuring quality in connection with Manhattan Associates products. Serve as escalation point for customer issues. Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales. Prioritize issues and projects for the customer service project team. Qualifications Four–year bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, and 7 years of experience in the position or in developing, supporting, or implementing application software. Alternatively, a master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in the same fields with 4 years of experience. Minimum 4 years of experience performing database troubleshooting or development in SQL or related relational databases. Experience implementing in Systemi, Unix, Linux, or Windows operating systems. Experience in any supply‑chain domain. Travel and Employment Terms Up to 50% travel (domestic and international) required. Position reports to the Atlanta, GA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but the employee must live within commuting distance of the stated office.
