As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our accounting team at our Naples Airport headquarters. This position combines accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting projects, offering hands-on experience and opportunities to grow. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes ownership of assignments, and is interested in improving how work gets done. Recent graduates and candidates early in their accounting careers are encouraged to apply. About the Role This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, reporting directly to the Controller. You’ll work closely with our accounting team to support daily financial operations and contribute to process improvements as the business expands. Responsibilities Process credit card transactions, ensuring accurate coding and supporting documentation. Assist with customer invoicing, payment posting, and outstanding balance follow-up. Assist with aircraft accounting, monthly billing, and month-end close. Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information. Help develop and improve accounting workflows, procedures, and training materials. Assist with projects involving Ramp, system integration, accounting automation, and AI-supported tools. Maintain organized records and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines. Qualifications Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent accounting or bookkeeping experience. Foundational understanding of accounting principles. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to prioritize tasks, ask thoughtful questions, and work through problems. Clear communication skills and discretion with confidential information. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or Ramp is a plus; aviation experience is not required. What We Offer Hands-on experience across multiple accounting functions.
