Ability and willingness to travel including overnight stays. Job Requirements \\*General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO State Insurance License. \\*6 years as a group health insurance account executive OR combination of 4 years group health insurance account executive experience and 2 years experience in claims, customer service, managed health care experience in a role requiring self-direction, initiative, and decision making and analysis OR Bachelor degree and four years’ experience as a group health insurance account executive. \\*Thorough knowledge of managed care products (HMO, PPO) processes and trends. \\*Experience with complex accounts. \\*Leadership and mentoring skills. \\*Ability to travel. \\*Experience addressing customer needs, making sound decisions and building strong customer relations. \\*Experience analyzing reports and financial information; possess analytical and financial analysis skills. \\*Written and verbal communications skills; negation skills, and presentation skills.
