Expect to earn between $75k and $120k between salary and commission in first year. If established in the market and industry earnings could exceed that figure.

Olympia Moving & Storage, a rapidly growing high-end relocation company, is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive for our DC area location in Hyattsville MD. This is a role for an individual who lives and works within the greater DC area/markets we serve. This position is a hybrid with in-office/remote/client site visits required.
The position includes a competitive base salary, unlimited commission potential, a generous benefits package and bonus opportunities.

The responsibilities for the position include: Owning the company's relationship with the customer. Problem solving to ensure client satisfaction. Leveraging our marketing initiatives and database to develop business. Supplying management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills along with time management and organizational skills are key to success.
- An ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems.
- 3-5 years in commercial moving services / sales industry
- Reliability, attentiveness and professionalism is essential with consultative selling style.

WHY WORK AT OLYMPIA: COMPENSATION: Our sales reps work with a base salary of between $55K-$75K plus opportunity to earn unlimited commissions. Base salary depends on experience and role while commissions is based on individual sales/revenue results.
