Registered Nurse (RN) – Richmond Float PoolIf you are looking for flexibility then the Richmond Float Team is for you! The Float nurse will follow all Bon Secours policies and procedures. Float RNs go to all sites in our Richmond market and float to Behavioral Health and Med Surg Units.Registered Nurse (RN) – Richmond Float Facilities:St. Mary's Hospital (Richmond – West End)St. Francis Medical Center (Midlothian)Richmond Community Hospital (Richmond-Churchill)Memorial Regional Medical Center (Mechanicsville)Southside Medical Center (Petersburg)Float Between the following units:Med Surg - Ortho - OncologyTelemetryBehavioral Health (Must also have floor med/surg experience)Float Team Flexibility!36 hours a weekSelf-Scheduling – pick your availability1 Summer and 1 Winter holiday requiredEvery Third Weekend RequiredFull Time night shift or days shift availableShift differential available for night and weekend shiftsEssential Functions:Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care teamProvide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnosesEvaluates, updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomesAdminister medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and Bon Secours policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedEducation:Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in NursingLicensing & Certifications:Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association requiredExperience:Two or more years clinical RN experience required in BH and MSRange:Minimum: $34.33Maximum: $54.93Bon Secours is an equal opportunity employer.As a Bon Secours associate, you're part of a Mission that matters.
