Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and effective patient care in a Medical-Surgical (MS) setting
• Monitor, assess, and report patient conditions and progress to interdisciplinary team members
• Execute physician orders, including medication administration, wound care, and treatments
• Document accurately using electronic health records while maintaining confidentiality
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, post-discharge instructions, and health management
• Participate in care team meetings and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New York (or compact state license with eligibility)
• At least one year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
• Strong communication, adaptability, and critical thinking skills
