The director ensures high-quality patient care, adherence to safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. They will collaborate with medical staff, nurses, social workers, therapists, and other personnel to provide effective treatment programs. The director will be an active member of the behavioral health substance use disorder service line. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage resources effectively.Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for overall direction, supervision and evaluation of treatment services in the inpatient behavioral health unit.Prepare and manage the budget; identify opportunities for financial savings without compromising patient care; identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.Develop, implement, and evaluate departmental policies, procedures, and programs.
