What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of technicians and service staff to deliver high-quality work
• Oversee daily service department operations, including scheduling, workflow, and job completion
• Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication, accurate estimates, and follow-up
• Minimize equipment downtime by aligning service work with customer needs and timelines
• Prepare service quotes and follow up on open jobs, leads, and new business opportunities
• Monitor sales, productivity, and profitability to meet department goals
• Maintain proper inventory levels of shop supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
• Collaborate with parts, sales, and other internal teams to keep work moving efficiently
• Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies
• Provide feedback on customer needs, product performance, and market trends

What You Bring

• 2+ years of management experience in a service or related environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in construction, heavy equipment, or a similar industry preferred
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Organized, dependable, and focused on results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Valid driver's license
