Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Speech‑Language Pathologist and use your skills where they are needed most. You will help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders while exploring a new part of the country. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Wisconsin state SLP license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post‑acute care setting preferred. Experience evaluating and treating adult dysphagia, cognitive‑communication disorders, and providing individualized treatment plans preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30. Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift. Assignment Length: 15 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Location Highlights The village is about 10 miles southwest of downtown Milwaukee and roughly 20 minutes from Milwaukee County Zoo and the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory. The area is within a 30- to 45‑minute drive of Lake Michigan shoreline and Milwaukee’s Harborwalk, providing coastal recreation and waterfront dining. Local options include Whitnall Park with hiking trails and Boerner Botanical Gardens, both under 10 minutes by car, and nearby Interstate access for commutes to cultural venues such as the Milwaukee Art Museum and the Historic Third Ward.
