JOB SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the VP Document Management, the Imaging Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the imaging process to include supervision, data collection, service-level agreement SLA compliance, and process enhancement. Responsibilities Monitors the operations of the imaging team Directly responsible for approving time cards and time off requests for all employees within the department Collect and verify daily data counts Reports to management on status/issues of area through management reports, metrics, and meetings Ensures the department meets/exceeds established metrics/service-level agreement (SLA) standards Identify, research and correct process gaps (intra/inter departmental) timely Continually review and update policies and procedures for imaging team and ensures the proper controls are in place Performs quality control reviews as needed Manages third party vendors Assist and train staff as needed Responsible for requesting, creating/preparing, updating/revising, reviewing, testing, finalizing/approving, conduct training and maintain the departments policies and procedures All other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years prior office services related experience (preferably mortgage related) Considerable knowledge of workflow processes Leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, train, coach, evaluate performance, and lead a multi-functional staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently with minimal direction and to meet deadlines Ability to work collaboratively with peers, company managers, and customers in a team environment to attain common goals Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally, in person and by telephone, with all levels of the organization and with external customers. Strong instructing and advising skills. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service Ability to enter and extract data from a computer database. Compensation Range: $58,700.00-$98,600.00 salary. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.
