What You'll Do
- Provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) to medical appointments, therapies, and essential services
- Drive clients with care and style in Matriarch-provided vehicles
- Safely assist clients entering and exiting vehicles, including wheelchair and bariatric transport
- Greet clients like family and treat them like royalty
- Ensure every ride is smooth, safe, punctual, and dignified
- Operate wheelchair-accessible and bariatric equipment as needed
- Represent the Matriarch brand with professionalism, discretion, and elegance
- Clean driving record
- Valid Driver's License including For-Hire Endorsement (F)
- Experience or strong interest in NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transport)
- Must reside in Middle Tennessee
- Respect and compassion for seniors and individuals with mobility challenges
- Concierge-level service mindset
- Calm, professional, and poised demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on occasion
- Ability to safely operate bariatric wheelchairs
- In-person interviews required
