Position Summary At Deloitte, the Associate Services Specialist Lead supports day-to-day workplace operations and helps deliver a seamless office experience for Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests. This role leads hospitality and business services activities, supports meetings and events, and helps maintain efficient office operations. The ideal candidate brings experience coordinating workplace services, managing multiple priorities, and leading service delivery in a professional environment. We help our Deloitte professionals with daily office support needs, meeting and event planning and execution, and an array of other services related to office operations and facility management. Our team members work collaboratively and apply their specialized knowledge and skills to think proactively to provide a holistic customer-centric “experience” for our Deloitte professionals, clients, and guests Qualifications Required: 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, hospitality services, office services, facilities support, or event operationsExperience coordinating meetings, events, or office service delivery in a corporate environmentExperience leading day-to-day operational activities or service workflowsExperience working with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft ExcelExperience tracking service requests, schedules, or operational tasksMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Experience supporting workplace operations in a professional services environmentExperience coordinating with vendors, building management, or facilities teamsExperience training, mentoring, or guiding junior team membersExperience using workplace service, ticketing, or event management tools
