Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events.
• Support event setup, execution, and post-event activities.

• Prepare event materials and maintain event schedules.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients.
• Help resolve event-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for events.
