Pediatric/Adolescent Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW LMHC)

Position Overview LifeStance Health is immediately hiring part‑time and full‑time licensed Therapist (LICSW/LMHC) to join our Integrated Care and outpatient team. This role involves providing integrated behavioral health care within a family medicine primary care office and outpatient psychotherapy. The position is ideal for clinicians with experience working with people across the lifespan utilizing empirically supported treatment, working in a primary care environment and who enjoy a fast‑paced setting. Responsibilities Integrated Care Clinicians are embedded within a family medicine office and are integral to primary care teams Work with primarily pediatric and adolescent patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns using evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and frequently consult with medical professionals Clinicians who thrive in this setting enjoy a quick pace, think well on their feet, and value interdisciplinary work Benefits Strong work‑life balance/flexible scheduling with 2 days telehealth, 3 in office Above average W2 compensation Excellent non‑clinical support staff Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and HSA plans 401K Plan with employer contributions Sign On Bonus FFS model Telehealth training and support provided Existing health plan participation is not necessary Salary $75,000 - $100,000 a year Compensation model based on productivity.
