Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate is responsible for defining governance frameworks, translating complex business needs into AI-enabled product solutions, and driving measurable impact through AI/ML and GenAI use cases .

Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Define and maintain AI solution governance frameworks, policies, processes, and standards to ensure consistent, compliant solution delivery.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML and Generative AI use cases that drive measurable business outcomes such as conversion, decision speed, and personalization.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear AI-enabled product requirements in partnership with Data Science, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Lead experimentation strategies including A/B testing, pilots, and KPI tracking to validate AI solutions and quantify impact.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Governance stakeholders to ensure Responsible AI implementation and regulatory adherence.
• Communicate solution strategy, roadmap progress, and performance updates to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Management, or Program Management roles.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and governing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions, including defining frameworks, KPIs, and experimentation strategies.
• Strong technical acumen with deep understanding of SDLC, APIs, and cross-functional collaboration, including working with Data Science, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
