Pharmacist

This position provides pharmacy and medication management services to patients. The Pharmacist is responsible for providing a comprehensive pharmacy service and ensuring a consistent level of service in accordance with company policies. Direct patient care and services are provided to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients. The position requires working rotational shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. There are opportunities for career advancement through tier levels of Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist based on pharmacy experience. An Advanced Practice Pharmacist serves as a clinical pharmacist for direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments. Responsibilities include providing specialized pharmacy-based clinics and ongoing analysis of clinical services to develop high-quality care programs. Additionally, the position involves administration of policies and procedures and directing programs and activities consistent with the organization's mission, vision, and values. The incumbent serves as the Clinic Manager of Operations at designated clinics and provides technical and administrative supervision to professional and non-professional employees. The organization serves a large area and acts as a referral center for a diverse population. A wide range of medical services is provided, contributing to community health and well-being. The workforce includes various medical and dental staff, as well as nursing personnel.
