Legal Assistant II | Phoenix AZ Hybrid | Arizona State Agency Phoenix, United States | Posted on 06/22/2026 Location: Phoenix AZ – Initially fully onsite (2200 N. Central Ave), then hybrid (1 day/week remote after training) Pay Rate: $18.00/hr W2 Hours: 40/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: Temporary staff augmentation; potential FTE conversion after 4–5 weeks based on performance About the Role: SunSoftOnline seeks legal assistant II professionals to support administrative and legal operations. You will work on a hybrid schedule—initially fully onsite during training, then transitioning to hybrid (remote 1 day/week) once fully trained. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and legal support Work across multiple platforms and systems Support legal documentation and analysis Multitask in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications Analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to multitask across multiple platforms Computer skills proficiency (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe) Local to Phoenix AZ – city and state must appear on resume Contact information clearly listed on resume Preferred Mid-level legal background or legal experience (beneficial, not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr SunSoft Online LLC
