Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

Ascension is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical unit. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based nursing care, coordinate treatment plans, and monitor diverse adult patient populations. You will administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. You’ll educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and maintain accurate documentation.
