Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights Maintain accurate records of showings, client feedback, and follow-up actions Assist the Cary Team Realty agents with scheduling and managing appointments Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings Communicate effectively with clients to answer questions and address concerns Support the team with administrative tasks related to property listings and client interactions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of the Lafayette, USA real estate market and local neighborhoods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple showings Professional appearance and demeanor Proficient with smartphones, GPS, and real estate showing software Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area Compensation $25.00 - $25.00 USD Hourly About Our Team We are powered by PLACE, a broker-agnostic business services and technology platform transforming the industry for top agents and their customers.
