We are seeking an experienced Steel Foreman and Framing Foreman to oversee crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. This position is ideal for a motivated leader with experience in steel erection, framing, finish carpentry, concrete and/or general contracting construction. The successful candidate will help coordinate daily jobsite operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality expectations.

• Lead and supervise field crews on construction projects.
• Coordinate daily work activities and jobsite operations.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Monitor production, quality, and project progress.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and crew members.
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges to keep projects moving forward.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Must be flexible with hours depending on project/workload
• Working 50+ hours on average

• $25/$32 per hour to start
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Weekly pay

• Previous experience in steel erection, welding, carpentry, concrete, structural construction, or a related field.
• Prior leadership, foreman, or crew lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

This is a Permanent position based out of Watertown, SD.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
