Description:

We are looking for an experienced construction professional to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in steel erection, structural construction, welding, rigging, or general construction supervision. The right candidate will help coordinate daily jobsite activities, ensure projects stay on schedule, and maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise field crews on construction projects
• Coordinate daily tasks and jobsite operations
• Monitor quality, safety, and production goals
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members

Hours: 7am-5pm - Monday through Friday

Skills:

• Previous experience in construction, steel erection, welding, carpentry, concrete, or related fields
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Watertown, SD.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Monthly health insurance stipend, Aflac insurance, 1 full week of PTO after 1st year employed (flexible with PTO offerings),

This is a fully onsite position in Watertown,SD.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 24, 2026.
