Lead Product Designer

Seeking a Lead Product Designer in a full-time remote position, the candidate will elevate product experiences through exceptional design craft and systems thinking, while mentoring other designers and collaborating with product and engineering leaders. Key responsibilities Lead design strategy and execution for defined product pillars, translating customer needs and business goals into clear experience direction Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape product vision and prioritize opportunities for high-quality outcomes Mentor designers and drive quality reviews, setting standards for usability, accessibility, and visual consistency Required qualifications 7+ years of relevant product design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role An exceptionally strong portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking, customer empathy, and measurable product impact Proven experience leading data-informed product design across the full lifecycle, including usability testing and prototyping Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with a focus on usability and accessibility standards Experience designing for AI-driven interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams
