Position Type Full-time, 36-45 hours per week with Friday and Saturday availability ($20-$25 per hour depending on leadership experience and availability). Key Responsibilities Develop a restaurant culture of growth-minded team members and leaders, incorporating product knowledge, stewardship, excitement, and generosity into training and everyday culture. Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and the leadership team. Ensure stewardship systems are in place throughout the restaurant. Develop leaders to operate as a motivated, high-performance team embodying the business vision. Oversee speed of service and completion of goals. Oversee product quality and accuracy. Support the restaurant (Front and/or Back of House) during hiring, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks. Create, lead, and implement systems that set the standard for Front and/or Back of House innovation and high-performance teams. Embodies the vision set forth by the Operator and must be able to teach it. Empowers management. Delegates effectively. Provides own vision and accountability. Meets regularly with the team to discuss issues and improvements. Ensure policies are followed per the Team Member Handbook. Evaluates all business areas and makes recommendations for improvements to the Operator. Creates and maintains a culture of excellence. Effectively coaches and gives direction.
