Job Description
Advise leadership on various service requirements affecting ongoing and new contracts.
Review draft Performance Work Statements to ensure that they clearly describe work products, fully outline all work to be performed, and account for various contingencies and changes in programs.
Participate in pre-performance conferences, pre-award surveys, technical evaluations, and pre-bid conferences.
Perform complex contract administration, which includes modification actions, termination actions, initiation of receiving reports until final delivery of services and payments are completed, at which point the contract is closed and retired.
Review and verify contractor invoices, prepare and coordinate with the Resource Manager to initiate payment process.
Perform ongoing surveillance and review the appropriateness of contract instrument types, provisions, source selection, placement method, determinations and findings, documentation clarity, fund certification, and required approvals.
