• Executive support and priority management
• Calendar and scheduling coordination
• Meeting preparation and follow-up
• Artistic planning and producing support
• Casting, auditions, readings, and workshop coordination
• Production and programming tracking
• Coordination with artists, directors, designers, agents, and producers
• Cross-departmental communication
• Community engagement and partnership development
• Basic HR administration, including onboarding and offboarding
• Recruitment and interview coordination
• Personnel records, trainings, and compliance tracking
• Board and stakeholder support
• Special projects and strategic initiatives
• Tracking deadlines, decisions, and deliverables
• Confidential handling of sensitive artistic, personnel, financial, and organizational matters

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in theatrical production, arts administration, or related performing arts roles
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent judgment and discretion
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving and initiative
• Ability to anticipate needs
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of theatre and artistic/producing processes
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively with artists, staff, Board members, donors, and community partners
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Strong research and analytical skills
