Senior Director, Product Management

Role: Senior Director of Product Management overseeing global AI and digital products within Medical Affairs, focusing on Oncology, International, and enterprise capabilities. Objectives: own product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring adoption, business value, and outcome impact.
Responsibilities
- define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- engage senior stakeholders (VP/SVP level), translating complex needs into clear requirements
- collaborate with architecture and engineering teams for scalable, compliant solutions
- lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- manage product lifecycle, including post-launch metrics and compliance considerations
Qualifications
- 12+ years in product management with at least 4-5 years at senior/director level
- proven experience translating enterprise or life sciences strategies into scalable AI-based solutions
- strong stakeholder management with senior executives
- familiarity with agile methodologies
- pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience preferred, especially in Medical Affairs
- knowledge of AI/ML, responsible AI, and emerging AI regulation (e.g., EU AI Act).
Work setup: hybrid in NYHQ or PA-Collegeville, with travel as required.
