Supply Chain Associate

- Track, maintain, and update material status within internal systems to ensure data accuracy
- Generate, submit, and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company processes
- Communicate regularly with suppliers regarding order confirmations, shipment updates, and issue resolution
- Work closely with planning, operations, and cross-functional teams to maintain material availability
- Identify supply chain risks, shortages, or disruptions and escalate concerns appropriately
- Support daily procurement and material management activities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized records of purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance supply chain performance
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of professional experience, ideally within supply chain, procurement, operations, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
- Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through on commitments
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Interest in building a long-term career within supply chain and operations
- Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 USD.
