Reporting to the Hach - Operations/Plant Management - Instrument Assembly Support, the Operator I is responsible for manufacturing quality product according to the work order or other build signal while adhering to defined work instructions. General duties may include picking, assembling, and packaging. In some areas, minor set-up and equipment operation may be required.

This position is part of the Hach - Operations/Plant Management - Instrument Assembly Support located in Loveland, CO onsite.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Responsible for hitting daily build plans for cell areas.
• Maintain quality of products produced according to department standards.
• Comply with company safety policies including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, hand tool safety, etc. Comply with good housekeeping policies.
• May be required to cross-train on other equipment or other areas as needed.
• May assist in training new associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures with close supervision
• Develop skills to perform basic, repetitive, and manual activities on the job
• Uses existing procedures to perform straightforward tasks; has limited opportunity to solve problems

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $20.82 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
