Laser Operator

We are seeking a Laser Operator to join our production team! The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, experience with CNC laser cutting equipment, and a commitment to safety and precision. In this role, you will operate, maintain, and monitor laser cutting machines to ensure high-quality parts and efficient production flow. Pay: $25-30/hr (DOE) Shift: 1st | Monday - Friday Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to job specifications Review work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine job requirements Load and unload materials (sheet metal, tubing, or other substrates) safely and efficiently Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of laser equipment Monitor cutting speeds, gas pressure, and laser settings to optimize output Troubleshoot minor equipment or material issues and report major concerns to supervisors Record production data and maintain proper documentation Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of experience operating laser cutting or CNC machinery preferred Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and CNC systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills At ROLINC Staffing & Search, we connect great job seekers with great companies along the Colorado Front Range and beyond!
