Salary: $100K - $130K

About the role:

You will manage the firm's full conflicts workflow: running complex conflict reports, identifying ethical red flags, resolving issues independently, and working directly with the Office of the General Counsel on complex or unprecedented conflict matters.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in conflicts management within a law firm

\- Expert-level ability to analyze complex conflict reports and apply the Rules of Professional Conduct

\- Demonstrated ability to resolve common conflicts issues independently without escalating to the GC

\- Leadership or supervisory experience in a conflicts or ethics function strongly preferred

Preferred:

\- JD or LL.M. (salary flexibility available for candidates with advanced legal degrees)

Tech stack: Aderant Expert Sierra, Elite, Aderant, iManage, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
