Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in assembling solar panels using hand tools. You will work collaboratively in a team environment, ensuring that solar panel components are accurately assembled according to prints.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to assemble solar panels.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Read and interpret prints to assemble panels accurately.
• Ensure quality assembly of solar panel components.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in general production and assembly.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints for panel assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Understanding of production labor and manufacturing processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orangeburg, SC.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
