Infinity Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work PRN within our therapy team at Avamere Rehabilitation of Hillsboro located in Hillsboro, OR.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• You will provide occupational therapy services to residents including treatment, related documentation, and communication, under the direction of an occupational therapist

Qualifications:

• Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in occupational therapy
• State license
• Preferred Qualifications:
• One year of experience as a COTA
